A study in Science Daily found that Universities that have very diverse populations, have student that appear to very comfortable with forming cross racial and cultural relationships.

Results showed the more students were exposed to people who were different racially and ethnically, the more cross-group friendships there were for all students. The article in New Port-News.com points to the fact that this study gives insight to how the workforce will look like as the minority population continue to grows.
