What if? Network for Diversity and Inclusion

An open mind is a terrible thing to close.

Diversity encompasses so many facets and perspectives that it can be a challenge to identify specifically what it is we are trying to affect with our efforts. I've found that a central theme in my diversity training practice is helping people build self-awareness. The healthier they are they more likely they are to be able to connect with others.

What do you view as the key underlying theme of diversity or its most important element? Why is it important to you?
